# Directions:

01 - In a blender, combine half-and-half, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and four chocolate sandwich cookies. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - In a large glass or measuring cup, combine cold brew coffee, chocolate syrup, and simple syrup. Stir thoroughly to ensure even mixing.
03 - Fill two tall glasses with ice, then divide the cold brew coffee mixture evenly between them.
04 - Slowly pour the cookies-and-cream milk over the coffee in each glass. Stir gently to achieve a marbled effect.
05 - Top each glass with whipped cream and crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, if desired. Serve immediately with a straw.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The marbled look and creamy cookie flavor will make you feel like you're sipping dessert for breakfast, but you don't even need an espresso machine.
  • This cold brew can be tweaked endlessly for sweetness or richness, which made it a hit with both my coffee-loving friends and those who just craved a treat.
02 -
  • If you rush the blending, cookie bits end up clogging your straw—I learned the hard way to blend until totally smooth.
  • Adding the cream mixture too quickly can muddy the marbled look; pour slow for those pretty streaks.
03 -
  • Always start with the coldest ingredients so your ice doesn't melt before pouring.
  • Blending cookies well is the trick to a creamy, straw-friendly finish every time.
